Is there a way to get this to work with ps4 dualshock headphone jack as a gaming headset?

Won’t work on my original PS4, my PS4 slim, or my PS4 pro. It doesn’t work on any of my 10 controllers either. Works fine on my iPhone and the clicking of the buttons are picked up by the PS4, but the mic won’t relay audio.

I’ve tried switching the mic from “i” to “A” as well.

Any warranty on this item, i bought it in June and it is not working how do I have it replaced under warranty

Yes. The warranty on these have a two year warranty. This cable pretty a good value since all cables have a significant chance for failure. You can get as many replacements in two years as you need! Their service is fast with little hassle.

Visit the Shure website, select Support, select Service and Repair, select your region, download the form, mail your defective cable with a copy of your receipt and the form, and you will have a new cable as fast as two way standard shipping permits! I have done it many times over the last 10 years.

How's the sound quality on the microphone? is there another recommended mmcx cable with a better microphone?

I have the cable and I used a voice recorder on my phone.  The mic sucks, and Im.going to check out the BT $100 cable to see if the mic on there is better.

Basically, mic makes you sound all 'tin' like, and it picks up the noise around you, makes it sound like your at a construction site.

Anyone have this working with a pixel phone? My pixel 4a is doing random things with the in-line remote. I contacted Shure yesterday.
