1415 Transmission Fix

My transmission has been slipping between second and third (and viceversa) for a few months now, taking a little too long to upshift from fourth to fifth and fifth to sixth, and sometimes slamming hard into second from first. I have already tried other products like Lubgard shudder fixx, Lubegard Red and Rislone. Each time I have drained my transmission (NOT FLUSHED), refill with the appropriate 5 qt, and one of the mentioned additives. They all worked immediately, but, in each case, it didn’t last, after two days to a week, the problems were right back in my 2015 Chevy Traverse, infamous for these symptoms. Well, they say the third time is the charm, but in my particular case, it was the fourth. After doing another drain (the fourth and last one as of this writing), and using this Bar’s Leak Trans Fix product and not really expecting anything, well, nothing happened…at first. That was almost three weeks ago, and I have to say, I am impressed now; my truck’s transmission seems to be getting better by the day to the point where almost all the symptoms are gone. The transmission shifts better than it ever has since I started having problems with it. I don’t know if it will get better, and I don’t know how long is going to last, but the slamming and slipping are gone (and it seems to be getting better), all I know is that the three previously mentioned products didn’t work in the long term for me. Bar’s Leak bottle does say that product may start working after 150 miles, and in my case, it did. Waaay better than the $5,700.00 that I was quoted for a rebuilt transmission and labor, insane. Extremely happy with product as of now, and I wouldn’t hesitate to do a second treatment if required, which is recommended as per instructions on the back of the bottle. Was it the four drains and refills that helped because now my transmission is full of new, clean fluid?, is it a combination of Bar’s Leak Trans Fix and whatever residue is left of the previous three products that I used?, I don’t know, but is working.
