I purchased this so that I would have an area in my small washroom to fold clothes. The table was easy to install. I installed it myself. It came with a small level reader, screws, and anchors (including heavy duty ones). I love the fact that it’s a soft drop down when not in use, so as not to cause pulling of base from wall where it is installed. It was the perfect size to suit my needs. Good quality. Decently priced. I would purchase again.

Got this for my small laundry room and it works great and allows us to fold clothes straight out of the machine with somewhere to put them rather than having to carry a laundry basket around the house. It was easy to install. You'll either want two people or something of equal height to how tall you are wanting to install so that the table can rest on it while you mount it. It's very sturdy and folds away really tight against the wall.

Great product, easy installation

As others have noted, the anchors were phlimsy and I used more heavy duty ones on the side that wasn't in a stud. I also used larger screws on the stud side. The table finish is pretty and it's easy to operate. Fits great in a small laundry room.

Love this table. My laundry room doesn’t have enough room for a table, so this foldable table is great. I can put it down when it isn’t in use. It the perfect size for my laundry room. We did add another piece of wood to the wall so that we could use the studs. Perfect for folding laundry. It’s sturdy and has held up. We’ve had it for 7-8 months.

Works great as a laundry folding table. Stron, sturdy and easy to mount this works great in our laundry room and can be folded down when not in use.

The table is nice however the brackets & screws are not strong enough to hold the table. Before we even had it completely mounted to the wall, the side that was in the stud had already started to push into the wall. Also, trying to get the screws screwed into the bracket is very difficult because there isn’t space for the drill. Returning for a refund

I bought this folding table to mount in my laundry room. It has the perfect mechanism to raise and lower the table. I can say it is a great table too with a great design. Why the low rating? Package seems like it was from a return, but kept going. Brackets were already mounted to the table, but very loose as if they were over tighten. Mounting screws for walls were too weak to hold table to wall. I removed the brackets and secured them on center with wall studs. Then centered and screwed the table top back to the brackets with original screws. Nice and tight. Now have extra holes in bottom that I will have to cover with wood putty or white stickers.
