Worked fine after installing it, next morning it started giving extremely loud white noise.

When I installed it, it sounded great and I loved it. But after I turned it off for the night , the next morning turned back on and the speakers started giving a really Lound noise like white noise no music at all. They I rewired it and, it worked again, turned it on and off and worked fine, turned off for the night again guess what... next morning the same noise. Dond know what it coud be.
