Had minor issues and charge fast running out. It is now almost undependable. Within warrenty, when asked, they ask me loads of questions and ask me to send it to Hyderabad for checking and repair along with all documents. If they don't have service centres across the state, how do we depend? Iam not doing any of this. Please avoid ptron products. They are bolow quality. If they believe an Amazon customer and replace or if Amazon believes its customers, OK. Else let it be a punishment to me for buying.

The sound quality and battery backup of these PTron Bluetooth earphones are impressive. The mic works well too, offering good clarity during calls. The neckband length is comfortable, but the earbud wire is too short, which causes the neckband to stick out awkwardly — making it uncomfortable to wear. Unfortunately, the right earbud stopped working after six months. I initiated a warranty claim, but the experience hasn’t been smooth. PTron took six days to respond, even though their website promises a reply within two days. Their response also mentioned that I had to ship the product within four days or the warranty would be void — which felt unnecessarily strict and intimidating. While I don’t mind covering the courier charges, I do feel that their communication could be more polite and customer-friendly. Better support would really improve the overall experience.

I received the package within just one day, and it was wrapped properly. The headphones have excellent connectivity, maintaining a strong connection up to 10 meters away. The sound quality is impressive for this price range. The voice call quality is decent; the opponent can hear my voice clearly, although there's sometimes a slight echo or low volume. The battery backup is very good—I used them for 5 hours of calls and it only used 30% of the battery. Overall, this is a great product to buy. Don’t hesitate, just buy it!
