I've been using Carnation breakfast for better than 10 years as a base to my morning smoothy, I add mixed fruit (blackberries, raspberry and blueberry) a banana, some turmeric, ginger, cloves, black pepper, cinnamon and some honey and some lactose free milk. That's my breakfast.

Tastes good. Doesn't dissolve well in cold milk They called them breakfast essentials, but their motto begins with for kids. This is an advertise for child usage.
