reliable, long lasting bulbs
One of many bulbs in recessed ceiling fixtures. As other two pin bulbs, the bulbs are difficult to securely mount, but are bright and long lasting.

Doesn’t Flicker, Dims Perfectly
These are perfect. I was on a mission to replace my landlord’s bright white bulbs that made me feel like I lived in an asylum; these are warm but not orange. They do not flicker at all even when dimming/brightening. I tried LED bulbs previously, which did a ton of flickering and made the asylum feeling even more real - if that’s happening to you too, I recommend these since they’re Halogen.

IF you replace Halogens with LEDs and the LEDs Flutter, return the LEDs and buy these
Couldn't find Halogen lights at HD & Loews thought they had been O'Bama'd llike so many other home products, so I tried to switch over to LED and that was a fluttering and expensive mistake between electricians, rheostats and transformers,. Finally found these "old fashioned" Halogen bulbs on Amazon and bought 20 years worth of them. 110% satisfied.

Fit perfectly; works great
I purchased replacements from local hardware store and they wit but didn’t provide steady light. They shook and flashed. The replacements from Amazon worked perfectly. One of the three didn’t last long, but the other two are still working perfectly.

Halogen light bulb
Good price and the size is perfect. The newer bulb connectors tends to bigger I had difficulty finding this older and thinner connector which is an exact fit. 5 star.

They're just bulbs... they make light
They do what they're supposed to do... make light. All worked and all have the same color halogen. Good for older trim kits or fixtures where LEDs are not compatible.

Very poor quality. I replaced all the bulbs in the room as the LEDS were constantly blowing hoping this would be a better solution. While all worked out of the box so they get 2 stars. The reflective properties are completely inconsistent. Some a narrow and some are wide. Three are leaving a black dot on the floor at the centre. Do not buy these.
