Crappy. It's a Chinese replica of Mr. Coffee made real cheap. The basket holder falls off. The lid to the coffee pot is hard as hell to put back on after you have washed it. It'd doable until I buy me a new and better one.

Product is Terrible
This product is terrible. It leaks water all over the place, when you pour the coffee if comes out the sides of the pot and today it just stopped working. We have only had it less than 90 days and we have to purchase a new one again. This is terrible. Would not recommend this.

way but really way over over engineered
i like the design and the side small 12 cups coffee maker ....but is made with cheap weak plastic and is an unnecessary amount of moving parts made with cheap weak plastic , no practical at all I really want to like it looks good and is prefect for my small apartment but i don't thick is going to work
