Everyone needs these
I did not know about these until I went to physical therapy. This is a brilliant item that everyone needs to have in their freezer. The ability to quickly and efficiently provide ice treatment to pain areas is so easy with these! All you have to do is fill the cup up and then put it in the freezer. Then you can ice your arm or leg or whatever needs to be iced, rather than using an ice pack. Highly recommend!

Work very well for Cyrotherapy
I am a LMT and these are very very helpful to use on my arms. A quick fix for having sore muscles. I recommend this to my coworkers as well as my clients. They are affordable and always smart to keep in a freezer at home and work just in case you or a client needs help icing muscles

The CryoCup is Useful!
The CryoCup is a fantastic product that was recommended to me by my physical therapist. It's a bit overpriced for what it is (A plastic cup with a detachable ring inside) but it really works well and provides excellent relief and reduced swelling if you have an injury. I use it on my ankles and knees and then refill it and leave it in the freezer for when I need it again. The cup should last a really long time which is great and it washes easily. This is much easier and more effective then a bag of frozen vegetables, or using a styrofoam cup as an alternative.

Sturdy Ice Massage Cups - better than an ice pack
Excellent massage cups - fill them with water, freeze them, pop the bottom off and they work great. Just feels expensive for a couple of plastic cups! But they do exactly what they should, they're sturdy and will last, and they're not that expensive so they're worth the money. Ice massage allows much more precision and localized icing of joints and muscles. Five minutes of ice massage does a great job. Alternate strokes of the ice with wiping with a towel to minimize the dribbles.

Well-designed, well-made, and exactly what I wanted
This is the best ice massage tool I've seen. It allows you to use real ice (which is self-lubricating and holds its temperature very well), and it keeps your hands away from the ice block so your fingers don't freeze in the process. The cup stays flexible even when it has been in the freezer for days, so the ice pops out of the cup easily. The top part contains 4 fins that are securely held within the block of ice, and it takes more than 30 minutes at room temperature for enough ice to melt that it can break loose. Using this tool does require a towel or something to catch the water drips, but that's just part of doing ice massage.

Did not meet expectations.
Not really what I thought it was. It was a well made product with good instructions. Just was not able to meet my expectations.

Really useful
Didn't know what to expect from these but they work really well and produce a useful size ice block to target specific areas of pain. Due to using melting ice, they move freely over the skin. The downside is that you need a big towel under the area being massaged to catch the melt water.
