Avoid USB Charging Cable for Fitbit Versa 2 Smart Watch Charger Cord for Smartwatch from Sounce at All Costs - Unprofessional and Unresponsive I am extremely disappointed with the product purchased from Sounce on 25th August. The product didn't work from the start, and the company's customer service has been appalling. When I reached out for support, they asked me to courier the product to their address, which I did. However, after that, they became completely unresponsive. Despite sending multiple emails and messages through chat support, I've been met with complete silence. It's unacceptable that a company can sell products that don't work and then ignore customers who are trying to resolve issues. The lack of professionalism and customer care is staggering. I would advise others to avoid this company at all costs. I also want to request Amazon to take a closer look at the sellers on their platform and ensure that they are not encouraging such unprofessional companies. Versa 2 charger not working
Charger pins are opposite to the cable. So this item listed and received is not for Versa 2 which I purchased looking at the title. This item looks like for Versa. Hence watch is not charging. Seller should take a look and do correction to avoid customer dissatisfaction of the purchase.
