I switched from Nature's Bounty bc they stopped carrying the 500mg of Vit C in the "capsule" form... and I want to take "capsules" not tablets. Anyway, I started taking them and no physical difference that I can tell. I hve my quarterly checkup next week so will circle back if there's a difference in my medical workup due to the switch. I also started taking the Jamieson brand of B12 about a month ago... so we'll see there as well.
