Japanese mayo that feels and tastes very creamy. The flavour has that “umami” taste that comes from the MSG. Only problem is the price, which is fairly high when compared to other mayo you could get for a cheaper price. Still, recommended with Asian dishes.

C'est le petit flacon de mayonaise que les japonais aiment bien

E una delle maionesi più buone ottima per alcune preparazioni giapponesi. Nella insalata di patate da una cremosità unica aderisce in modo vellutato. Ho fatto un insalata russa e un finto pesce perfetto mentre mi e capitato che alcune maionesi non tenessero la consistenza rovinando il piatto questa no! Certo non ha un prezzo economico ma difficilmente si trova nella grande distribuzione.
