Excellent phones. Good price
Nothing really to complain about. Clear speech and loads of functions - which will take me sometime to fathom out. You have to download the online instructions pdf file as the supplied instructions are very basic. Thought at first it had no loud speaker function, but it seems they've moved the button, it's now bottom left. At first, the batteries take ages to charge up, but after that you can stay talking for hours. People say that the call is much clearer than our old BT cordless phones. Yes, very pleased, especially for the price.

not bad handsets, screechy ringtones and very light bases spoil an otherwose good product
I got the triple pack to replace failing older handsets, setup was straight forward but the menus are a little clunky requiring you to put in date and time more than once. The biggest problems are the ringtones which default to teribble beepy things at full volume. Quickly addressed. And the base stations are very light meaning when you put the handsets in place for charging its easy to move them and if on a shelf it would be easy for the base to be pushed off. But the call quality seems fine and the display is nice and clear, they are also fairly inexpensive so hopefully they will last as long as my old ones

Set up is difficult as the leaflet is minimal.
The phone arrived quickly. Very reasonable price but unfortunately, the set up information is minimal. I went online and found youtube videos, but their phone had a middle menu button, mine does not. So I have been unable to set the time or anything.

Overcomplicated menu system
The phone has connected to my old virgin media landline wall socket and worked fine. It came supplied with its own batteries which were easy to install. The buttons are large and the display is bright. Most of the ringtones are annoying, but there are a few that we could tolerate. The call sound quality is good and volume is acceptable. The menu system is horribly overcomplicated, unless you permanently have a manual to hand, I have no idea how you’re supposed to remember how to access all the different options. We have a message saying 3 new calls. I have no idea what i’m supposed to do with that information or how to remove it.
