Great flavour
Great quality, flavour and excellent in casseroles and soup.

Good for sauces and gravies
This chicken stock is strong, you only have to use a small amount to get the required effect, I really like it and have been using it in sauces and gravies. It’s quite salty if you use too much. But very tasty and does the job!

Honor stock bouillon
Great for seasoning. I use in Chinese cooking for stock, in soups, stews. Granules rather than powder but dissolve well. Quite strong, little goes a long way. Quite salty but compared to others in the same vein they’ve actually got less salt than some and I’ve never found a low salt version of anything like this other than marigold bouillon or stock cubes.

Instructions would be nice.
There are no instructions in English on how to use this product, i.e. the proportions of powder to water. For example, do I need 2, 3 or 4 spoonfuls to a pint of water? I will ask the seller, but if I don't get an answer I will return this. There is a lot of essential information in several languages, but nothing about "how to use".
