UPDATE: The support team reached out and requested a couple of recordings of the issue I was having where the device was booting to the splash screen and then going dark again. After recognizing that standard troubleshooting was not resolving the issue, a replacement was issued and shipped free of cost. This still isn’t the snappiest of devices but delivers expected base functionality that I required as a QA Android device for my work! I am really hopeful this is just a temporary thing and that tehy'll be back soon but their website isn't loading and my device boots but then goes blank. None of the online suggestions reqult in a hard-reset. I get the "Touch 10. Powered by Android go edition." and then it goes blank again. I know you "get what you paid for" but had hoped it would be useable for testing Google Play Store apps on similarly underpowered devices for a little longer than a couple of months. I will update (including the star rating) when/if their support is able to get me back up and running [finegrs crossed]. I emailed but, as I said, their website isn't loading. Not a great sign. Oof.

I bought this tablet as a cheaper alternative to something like a Kindle in order to read e-books without having to sit at my desk or have my phone close to my face. If you like to read a lot of e-books, this could be a cheaper alternative. Since I bought it, there were some things that I found that weren't great initially, but could be remedied fairly simply. Right out of the box, I noticed that the tablet felt very sluggish. Things were loading very slowly from the beginning. After using for a while, it wasn't as slow as it was when I first got it out of the box, but I also ended up changing some settings. It also helped to swap off of Chrome. There are also some issues with the range of the wireless on tablet. Where I read isn't that far from the router, but I'm still not getting that great of a signal. This isn't much of an issue as there are ways around that, but it's best to keep that in mind if you use this a ways away from the router. I do like that it has 64 GB of internal storage with the ability to add more. I don't have a lot of apps downloaded, but it's always nice to have a good bit of storage just in case. I haven't seen issues with the battery life straight out of the box. It lasts quite a bit of time but I will update the review if it starts to give me some issues. It's a decent tablet tablet for the price. I'm not sure how well it will work for other use cases (such as gaming), but it's somewhat okay for reading.

This is by far the worst product ever, I bought this tablet for my 11yr. Old Autistic son he loves music, well this product will not stay connected to the Internet at all! It's poorly made, you have to basically press very hard to get the touchscreen to work, it doesn't hold a charge long. It's a piece of junk and I am returning it please don't buy your better off getting the Amazon tablet it's a bit more pricey but at least it works and stays connected to the Internet and not sending my son into a rage cause his music keeps cutting off!!

Na parte de vídeos e navegação, funcionou muito bem, e até mesmo rodou bem o emulador de super nintendo e Gameboy Advance, mas eu testei o emulador de PS1 e não funcionou bem com o jogo Legend of Legaia. Mas pelo valor oferecido, é um excelente tablet, caso queira somente assistir vídeos e ler PDFs, vale muito a pena pegar
