The metal spars had tissue paper around them which did not help protect them from slopping around. There were some holes in the outer cardboard and the courier had to hand me some bits which had fallen out in the van. Some of the spars had scratches to the powder coating because they were allowed to rub against each other.On assembly, there were spars with no centre cutout which prevented you from fitting the centre shelf support bars. I had to drill a hole and fit a self-tapping screw to finish the job. Each of the 3 packs had this problem on one or two horizontals.When assembled though, they looked OK and did the job. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars not all shelf supports slotted in easily and had to be bent a little to be ... *by K***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 6 January 2017* All of the boxes with the frame and shelf support brackets were broken and the brackets were visible, one box was taped up well at one end but the other end was open, amazingly nothing was missing ! Took longer to assemble than expected, not all shelf supports slotted in easily and had to be bent a little to be inserted, but in all fairness great when finally assembled and very functional. Delivery had missing item then took over a week for remaining items to be resent. Advertised with free rubber mallet which did not arrive.
