I think Poly headsets are better for comfort but everything else this wins for me hands down.

I bought these for my wife, she works from home and needed headphones with a microphone that wouldn’t pick up our dog if he starts to bark. They work incredibly well, the noise cancelling microphone is incredibly good. The price was more than I would normally pay for headphones but on this occasion they are worth every penny.
