This is the perfect level of equipment for a workout-novice like me. I'm generally in good shape (70 yrs young), but I do have mild knee & shoulder issues: the pro-max provides the variations of leg strengthening & resistance to improve both. It's easy to use and easy to store. [Extra: Assembly was simple & straightforward- just match the numbering on the parts & tools to the instructions.]

This was so easy to set up. Very light weight, easy directions, there's an app for workouts. It's readjust to several different lengths/heights. Very easy to move from a ab workouts out to a rowing work out to leg press. Folds so small it fits under my bed, my 2 year old nephew likes to play on it and can even pull the resistance on the rower. The sliding is so smooth that its almost too fast. Perfect for beginner workouts also easy to incorporate outer equipment such as kettle bells and dumbells

Able to get a great workout! Not loud at all. I did take one star away because although you can extend the length, you cannot extend the height. The general design makes it easy to get multiple workouts with one machine. All the pads feel like a decent quality too!

This is a great machine. Was not hard to assemble. Definitely works the abs and other areas it is designed for. Size is not a problem it folds up for storage and the quality is good. Glad I purchased this.

Easy to set up. No need for big space to place. Easy for storage. Very affective on abs exercise, arm exercise. i do it every night while watching TV.

Easy to put together although getting the piece off for the tension ropes had me almost break it. That potion of the unit was not good quality.

As advertised! I bought it for just the ab and back workouts. Pretty sturdy but also easy to carry/move around the house. Just wish it would elevate a bit higher. Only the lower end has the ability to extend. Wish the front would extend too so the ab workout can be steeper. The equipment makes no noise. The parts come in contact with body parts are well padded, so pretty comfortable. My only other complaint is while the lower end is easy to extend and retract, the front of the equipment isn’t convenient to adjust the angle. I have to completely pull the peg out and put it back in. Over all, it’s still a very solid equipment. Simple and functional. Oh, btw, don’t bother with their app. Lol seriously, doesn’t offer much. I tried and uninstalled immediately.

It is a good machine to work out however it is a little flimsy. The padding isnt thick but add a towel around and it is good. Overall, it is a good machine
