See what you can do with their kits (I have both volumes) but get them when they come out...limited production and they've never been re-released (so far).

Very informative for anyone interested in wwi aircraft especially wingnut wings and Eduard model kits.

Fabulous, really fabulous. In many years of modelling and of course reading books and watching instructional videos nothing has come close to this book for inspiration and techniques you can use. From the first to the last page it is a lavish feast of photographs of beautifully built and partially built models that both help and put you in awe at the level of craftsmanship that can can be achieved with a Wingnut Wing aircraft. I cannot think of another boom that comes close other than the first in this series. Best of all though the beautifully presented pictures of the various builds are so detailed that combined with concise and to the point writing you can actually apply what you read and see to your own work. Yes, to get close to the levels in this book would be an epic step, but to be honest given the information held within I can see that I can get close in many areas. Now, it is expensive, but you know what? Worth every penny for what is the best book on aircraft modelling that I've ever seen.

Highly recommended, with lots of eye candy for the WWI scale model aircraft builder.

Sensational book. I paid way over the odds for this book due to its scarcity... however, you’d have thought that being slugged for nearly $50.00 AU for postage for and A4 sized book badly a quarter of an inch thick would guarantee some sort of expedited delivery. Specially since the vendor claimed that they were in Australia. All I can assume is that they had to log a plantation, mill the paper, and print and bind a fresh copy for me, because my beard grew two inches longer while I waited.
