At just £13 this massive tome is superb value! A great selection of material that skilfully includes both fact and fiction cannot be bettered and results in a virtually definitive publication. My only caveat is that the paper is a little thin although the overall production is excellent and far better than the more expensive paperback version! Highly recommended although both the book's weight and subject matter is hardly bedtime reading!
