the microphone has a muffled audio output, and one of the mic's button got stuck.
title says everything. also, the charging case keeps on charging the items inside, despite it not being used. the moment I removed the film covering the contacts, the charging indicator on the case is illuminated and charges the pieces inside. returned for a refund

The product quality is fine. Battery timing is good. The noise cancellation is simply pathetic. Itโs not good for outdoor usage. Rest of everything is fine.

EFFECTIVE NOISE REDUCTION, LOOKS CLASSY
The item looks classy and cute. It has totally removed noise background. Very useful in my video presentations. It looks durable too. Hopefully it will last!
