Potent peanut is the perfect sauce to accompany met poultry or vegetables and can be served with rice, couscous, potato or pasta. Whatever the dish, one thing is certain; your taste buds will be a thousand miles away.












Ingredients








Water, onion, peanut paste (30%), tomato, ground nut oil, garlic, vegetable stock, peppers, spices, lactic acid, salt, lemon juice.

Directions








Pour sauce over 1Kg of meat, placed in a cooking dish or sauce pan. Add 2 dessert spoonfuls of vegetable oil, some salt, microwave on high heat for 15 – 20 minutes, or stir fry for 5 minutes, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15 – 20 minutes; serve with rice, couscous or chips. Can also be used with fish or vegetables and for casseroles; a perfect partner for broccoli or sweet potatoes

Love this sauce and would normally give 5 stars, but it's very overpriced now and I ordered in December 2020 (4 jars) and all use by dates are December 2020 which is extremely disappointing.
