Spring Tension Rod White 154cm-275cm

This is not the first tension rod I have brought from this seller. The delivery is quick and well packaged. The rods are light but well made. Solid and sturdy. Very easy to install, just unscrew about an inch wider than the window frame and push in place. The tension is firm and never ever moves or loses it's tension over time. Strong enough to hold lace curtains, light black out drapes, Christmas decorations and prints. The rods comes in different lengths and looks good when in place. Excellent functionality and these are the only rods I would use time and time again.

Perfect, much better than curtain wire. Just needs support in the middle if you have a larger window.

Absolutely does what it says. I’ve a a very wide French doors that I wanted voile panels over. I did order three of the centre supports as it’s such a long extension. I also used Gorilla glue as figured the adhesive on the hooks would be useless. No sagging at all. Rod is very stable and the curtains look great. Once extending the rod for your window size, increase it by about 2 inches and use that as the tension point. Won’t slip or slide at all. Great product

True to size, easy to install, bit flimsy but it be OK with a hook, not to stable but you could cope with a hook, good for money

These are currently holding a pair of shower curtains up, mostly unused. I have a glass partition, so the curtains are over a window and the side of the tub, so they're not moved much. The rods are pretty weak and I wouldn't want to rely on them for heavy use, but for light curtains that don't move much, it's a good price for what you get. They are quite long, which is what I needed, as they need to literally go wall-to-wall in the bathroom.

I have used this sort of rod before, and as some of the reviews mention, the wider the window the worse they are, and the closer you get to their maximum width, the worse they are. So I knew I was up against it with a 237cm window and a 154-275cm rod. But actually it went up on the first attempt and has stayed up. It bows very slightly, not least because DPD bent it in transit after two failed deliveries, but it is not obvious and it is ideal for my purposes. A lot less faff than a wire. I'll be buying a couple more.
