I think it is intended for a 2004 to 2013 cart but works fine on my 2014 cart. On the newer Precident you will have to reuse 2 of the old intermediate length sleeves and also taper the nose on the 2 upper rear shackle bushings, to get them to start in the holes. I had to cut/shorten a set of the bushings for rear leaf shackle upper mount. One set just needs to be modified . Photo shows how much I had to cut off to make work. The rest of the bushings were ok.

Bushings fit perfect, and the quality is very good. These are way better than the cheap ones offered by others.
