Total failure on both. I've tried with video DVDS and audio DVDs and unit fails to recognise them properly, all show up as single audio files and even the real audio DVD fails to play. Have tried with Windows Media Player and VLC.Company was very helpful and a replacement supplied very quickly with no fuss. I bought two of these. The first one was excellent and worked perfectly. Unfortunately I'm a clumsy idiot and broke it. I used 'order again' on Amazon to replace it and an entirely different model (different third party seller) turned up. The second one was clunky and looked cheaply made. It also didn't work. Windows & OSX both recognised it. It would burn discs on OSX but they didn't play.
