But in this instance the price is by no means a reflection of the quality of this product. It took a couple of attempts but our baby soon became comfortable with these bottles. My wife and I were delighted with the results (only wish we had discovered these sooner). Obviously it may not work everyone but here are the key benefits for us: 1. steady milk flow (not too fast and not too slow) - started when was 3 months old, now she is 4 and a half months. 2. no colic or gas issues 3. BPA free 4. bottles have never leaked! 5. very easy to clean, nothing fiddly (important to us since we're low on sleep) 6. latex nipples (our baby seems to prefer these to silicone) 7. air inside bottle is replaced when milk is sucked out so there is no excess pressure when milk is low In our experience there is nothing bad about these bottles. Sometimes there is a faint hissing sound when air is replacing milk, but that hasn't bothered our daughter.
