Great headset but bad instructions
Really great headphones for work, voice clear and good at suppressing background noises so far. Nice to walk around freely with these wireless headsets, and clean desk set up with the charging stand. Comfortable initially, but can feel a bit tight after an hour or two of use - but really worth it for the sound quality especially wfh in a noisy environment. Terrible instructions though on the box with how to connect the headphones, need to hold the power button/slider down to pair with a laptop in order to connect properly.

Uncomfortable and poor sound quality
I bought these to replace a pair of Jabra 75s where the mic had stopped working after 4 year's use. So, thought I better get a set by a different manufacturer, and I'd read good things about these. First - and key - issue. They recharge wirelessly by hanging on the stand, a good idea. However, despite some padding at the sides of the recharge area at the top of the headband, the hard plastic at the top of the headband *does* rest on the top of your head, and it's uncomfortable. I could wear the Jabras all day without an issue. These are uncomfortable after minutes. Then - the sound quality. It's really poor. Fine for voice, but if you want to listen to music or game on these, it's not great at all. I mean, it's just weak, no bass, feels all 1Khz and little else. Finally - range. With the Jabras I could be on a conference call in a different room to my PC, all was well. First time I tried to do a call and walked more than 3 metres away from the PC - "you're crackly". I really, really regret buying these. I hate giving bad reviews, but...I'd rather do that and no-one else be as disappointed as I am.

Better options exist.
The headset noise canceling over your ears is decent. AirPod pros are far superior. The micro{hone is the real issue. In its attempt to do noise canceling, it ends up routinely crushing and distorting your voice in a large open office. I find if you are in a small closed office, it works much better. Overall, not worth the price.

Good Headset
So far I like it. From my experience the noise canceling microphone has been okayish there are times people can hear her and other times is slightly muted. Battery life is great and the connectivity with the dongle is quick and effortless. Head set is easy to use and straight forward. Microphone is clear to the people on the other end.

Connection issues
Sound quality is superb, best in the industry. However it has connection issues. Ordered it twice but had same issues which I dont have with other headsets.

Great mic
The microphone with its noise canceling/isolation is excellent, I can be heard even in noisy places. The other headsets I used were jabra evolve2 55 which was a bit of a disappointment, and before that jabra evolve 65 which where basic but great. This is the most important for me so that’s why this gets 5 stars. Audio playback is fine as you would expect from headsets made for calls, jabra evolve2 55 are significantly better. There are some weird software issues like sometimes teams not auto muting when raising the boom, delays when switching devices, continuous “microphone muted” message when raising the boom and connected via Bluetooth. Hardware wise they are also not super comfortable for keeping them on for a long time, personally I need to take them off after 2 hours which is acceptable for my needs. Jabras evolve2 55 and the older 65 are better in this regard. Charging stand is a cool gimmick, I got the model that included it with a great discount but I wouldn’t pay extra for it.
