Taste good
Not sure if it works for the purposes of weight loss, but I noticed less tingling in my extremities when I sleep after eating white rice. I guess that would be a reduction of glucose.

Tastes great!
These are easy to chew and taste great. They do not leave a weird aftertaste. They are easy on my stomach and I am already feeling their effects.

Cute and tasty little bears!
I really liked these tasty supplement bears! They were red and cute, with a good fruity flavor. They were a softer gummy instead of the harder chew of a tougher gummy and so were easy on the teeth. This is my favorite way to get my wanted nutrients since I am replacing my daily gummies with a better option.

Don’t buy
I just finished the whole bottle. This product did nothing to help me lose weight. In fact, I gained weight during the months I was taking it I would not recommend purchasing.

These gummies are really tasty. I did not notice a difference after taking them for an entire month. I felt the same. I didn't lose any weight either.
