Worst purchase experience ever. The phone arrived defective and is not working properly from the first use, which is completely unacceptable for the price paid. On top of that, the customer service is very poor, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. Very disappointing overall. Honestly regret buying it and would not recommend this product to anyone.

The SIM size and return date
I bought this to house my French La Poste Mobile SIM.But the SIM is one size too large and I donโt have access to La Poste Mobile here.They donโt offer eSIM either. Please let me know the pick up date for return.

Worst purchase ever on amazon
It stopped working exactly on the following day of its return window expiry and pick up is very challenging, itโs been more than a month that I am waiting for amazon to pick it up and get my refund and they continuously reschedule and postpone. I do NOT recommend it at all
