Not sturdy enough
Basically relocated my lower back pain from leaning on back in my heels to the outer soles of my feet due to the fact my feet kept slipping off the outer parts of the cushion. Felt like I was rolling my ankles

This product should be sold for kids shoes ONLY, This product only covers half the heel width for a man's shoe! If you look at the 1st pic ,my hand is in the shoe next to the lift, and there is still a big gap there with my hand inside the shoe, the second pic shows how much extra space is in the shoe with just the lift, you will break your ankle trying this in your shoes , also there should be some type of full length support that extends all the way to the toe of the shoe , otherwise you would have to glue it to your shoe because its only 6 inches long , don't waste your money

Narrow, short ,uncomfortable and slightly aching to walk in. It does give a boost in height, but it would probably be more comfortable and better if it was wider and longer with a gradual slope running the entire length of the shoe/foot for support. The picture is deceptive:The insoles are actually narrower and shorter then they appear in the picture. It would be better to use your money on something more comfortable as two pairs of "Dr Scholl's gel insoles " available at Target. You can combine them and cut them to your liking as well.
