I purchased this to print labels from my computer for the items I sell on Etsy. It was super easy once I had the correct setting on Etsy selected. I literally just had to plug the usb in, select the printer when my print screen showed up, and feed the paper through the slots. It is quiet and SUPER fast.

Very easy to use with downloaded app. Prints are clear and I belive this is the sam technology that UPS/Fedex uses. Unless you heat up the lable, it stays clearly even inside of freezer. Finding label size you want is easy in Amazon website. Recommend.

Phone connected to it easily but it wouldn’t ever print anything. Tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling and still same problem. Not a nice looking printer either.

I use the supplied cord but can rarely get it to connect. When it has connected, it works great. Easy to load and easy to use. It prints fast. The color looks good in the office. It does not take up much space.

With the amount of shipping I have been doing from home, I am surprised it took me so long to get a thermal printer. It is one of those items you assume is only for the business setting, then once you have one, you realize that you have needed it for a long time. It has been so helpful in printing shipping labels quickly. It also inspired me to create my own logo and print stickers for my business. It has been successfully printing my 2" circular label stickers and my 4" x 6" shipping labels. The app this printer uses is called Labelife and has been working flawlessly. It has a cute but slightly difficult to use editor to create designs directly in the app. I have printed over 100 labels and have only had 2 moments where I had to reconnect to the printer's bluetooth. The app is much more reliable than I expected it to be and the print quality has been flawless.

Prints great! Comes with all the necessary attachments. Well packaged! I had a little problems pairing/connecting it to bluetooth for my pc and wished that was faster, but on my phone it swiftly paired. The Labelife app is going to take some adjusting, as for gap spacing and printing where I want on the labels, but there are tons of templates and the option to insert your own images and designs. I printed some designs on round 3x3 labels last night, and the print quality was awesome, as was the printing speed! I am very pleased with this label printer and am excited to try new label designs on various label sizes! Will be great to quickly print address labels and I want have to print full pages with this one; I can choose my quantity and just do one if I like, then save the design to print more in the future. It doesn't take up much space in my office area and can easily be transported from place to place. I would recommend this product for your thermal label print needs.
