This is an amazing product. Works wonders, is non addictive and allows for a great night’s sleep. Just need to take it early enough to get at least 8 hours worth of sleep. If i You’re waking up groggy, take half a pill. It’s been a life saver for me.

Game Changer! I’ve taken some serious sleep medications over the years and insomnia has reared its ugly head once again, especially these past two years. Perhaps since I’m post menopausal. I read all the reviews on this medication and thought I’d give it a chance. It works amazing. I actually go to sleep and wake up 6-7 hours later, which doesn’t normally happen to me. The pill tastes better but so what? I also feel a little groggy the next day, it’s more of a feeling of relaxation but I prefer that vs. feeling wound up. There were a few times when I woke up and really wanted to go back to sleep and I have, which is a miracle. So that whole idea of “sleeping in” has become a reality on some days! This is making my daily routine and quality of life significantly better.

These pills are strong. Even a half will put me to sleep all night. The only downside is that I feel groggy in the morning.

I'm 70+ years old with the usual aches and pains and Doxylamine Succinate sleep aid is the only sleep aid I use that will help me to get back to sleep quickly when I'm turning over. The usual sleep aid with Diphenhydramine doesn't work for me and many stores in my area do not carry the doxylamine succinate brands. I appreciate the cost, ease of swallow, quantity and effectiveness for over the counter medications. I'm greatful that Amazon carries this product.

This is great for jet lag except one thing: it gave me really bad constipation. I took half a pill one night, then 1/4 pill for 3 nights and I was consistipated every day by the 5th day I was ready to go to the hospital. I had to take several laxative enemas. I don't think I'll ever take this medicine more than 1 day. There are better non-constipating alternatives (Benedryl for me).

These work! I am 38 years old male, at ~175 lbs. I took one full pill at around 11.00pm and I had to wake up at 6.30am for work. Big mistake! This pills knocks you out within 30-40 min. But the next morning I felt drowsy and sleepy till about noon. So, when you take this pill make sure you take it early on at night and have at least available 7-8 hrs of sleep ahead of you. Otherwise, you ll be drowsy as I was the next day if you take the pill late. It works!

I have been prescribed by my doctor some sleeping meds but due to some side effects I had to choose not to take them. I struggled several months with poor sleep. I found this pill and after reading all the reviews and having a friend recommend it to me I decided to purchase them. Best decision I made! It helps me fall asleep n not wake up so many times during the night but if I awake im able to fall back asleep. I dont get up groggy or tiered. So I have it by my bed stand to grab when needed. Give it a try several nights and see if it helps you. I only take 1 when needed. My friends husband takes 2 every night. Also the price is comfortable.
