I was looking for a vertical mouse to try, but was hesitant to buy an expensive one incase I ended up not liking it. Settled on this JLab mouse since I own other JLab products that I like, and the reviews were pretty good. It was easy to set up and start using, and the size is perfect for my small hands. It is lightweight with a good handfeel and the charge lasts a long time - I love that it’s quiet-click too. The only issue I had was with the Bluetooth functionality not staying connected to my computer, but no issues after switching to the plug-in receiver. Certainly helped alleviate some of my elbow pain and I don’t miss my traditional mouse! I would recommend this for vertical first timers, and for people looking for a full sized mouse they can travel with.

I really loved using this mouse until the scroll wheel stopped working after 16 months. Within this timeframe, I only had to charge it twice and I never had issues connecting it to bluetooth. It was very comfortable, the buttons and wheel were at a good height where I didn't have to raise my arm at an angle. If you don't mind replacing your mouse every year then I recommend this mouse.

I spend around 12-16 hours on the computer for school and work, so this mouse has been an unexpected lifesaver! It’s very comfortable and easy to use, though a bit strange to use at first, and it works just as any other mouse — just with some added support and a button feature that lets you bookmark pages with one click. It does feel a bit light so that might be what others say about it feeling “too plasticky,” so if you want some weight to your mouse, this might not be what you want. Overall, really great product.

While it worked it was great. Over time whenever it needed to be charged and I'd plug the mouse in it would stop pairing with my computer and stopped pairing altogether. I gave up and bought an acer.

Perfect angle, and very comfortable. I bought one for work, and my sister! The bottom on the top allows for you to minimize your window and go to your desktop.

I love this mouse for the ergonomics, use, and price point vs the competition (particularly the logitech lift). Unfortunately, I already bought this model twice and it suffers from the same issue - the scroll wheel. The mouse wasn’t dropped but one time while working (im a developer), the scroll wheel just loosened and the scroll no longer works. I went with Logitech lift and will see how will that perform better than this
