Overall, it does exactly what it’s meant to do, without noticeably changing how the bed feels to sleep on. The bamboo fabric is soft and comfortable and doesn’t have that obvious plasticky feel you get with cheaper waterproof protectors. Once it’s on the mattress and covered with a fitted sheet, you wouldn’t really know it’s there. Noise was something I was wary of, but in normal use it’s very quiet; no loud crinkling when turning over, which is important if you’re already getting broken sleep.
