At first, it feels like you are not "working out". Then, you start to feel the burn and that feels good because you know you are getting some shaping happening. As you continue to work, you realize your heart is actually elevated. I found that I can just as easily keep my heartrate up while exercising with these bands as I can when I do some kind of aerobics or running. to get and keep my cardio up. I can use them to do pull-ups, push-ups, squats, lunges, and more.They would also be a great way to warm up muscles before and cool down after exercising. 4 different colors of bands are four bands of different colors and resistance levels that help me with various exercises. I can use them to do pull-ups, push-ups, squats, lunges, and more. They also help me stretch and warm up my muscles before and after exercising.The bands are made of natural latex, which is durable, elastic, and comfortable. They don't snap or lose their shape over time. They also don't hurt my skin or slip off my hands when I use them. The bands are easy to identify and switch between because they have the resistance range printed on them.The best thing about these bands is that they are versatile and portable. I can take them anywhere I go using them not only at home but while traveling. The carry bag is nice and makes it really so easy to keep them together and grab them on the go.
