Product works well. I noticed right away but as my week has progressed I started noticing seasonal allergy symptoms arise. Watering eyes, itching skin and foggy head, Then I awoke. One week in to sharp liver stabbing pain,. It settled down after I walked about and took alakseltzer gold. But I go to wondering about the ingredients as I am hyper sensitive to weeks and grasses, molds and the air I think. Turns outs tha Milk Thistle is related to ragweed. And I am very allergic to this. Same with canaloup that is grown in the same timeframe and area of ragweed, when bak in Minnesota, my allergist said to avoid it. So the \product is great. But my body an’t tolerate the Milk Thistle.

I can't say with absolute certainty that this product is working because I haven't experienced any life-changing results, but I can say that I feel less fatigued and I do not wake up thirsting for water as I used to. I started taking this because I believe I suffer from estrogen dominance and know that the liver helps keep that in check. I am a chronic migraine sufferer so I have medicated for most of my life until about two years ago when I started looking to herbal/homeopathic remedies for my ailments. Well, I assume that my kidneys and liver have taken a beating from all the meds filtered through them and I'd like to help them out and give them a break. I am hoping this supplement is doing just that and also helping with my estrogen issues at the same time. I drink plenty of water each day...atleast 10 8-oz glasses of water, if not more. But no matter how much I drank, I'd always wake up parched and fatigued and I believe it has to do with my estrogen imbalance and my liver/kidneys working overtime. I feel better. I'll just leave that as my bottom line review--I feel better. UPDATE: I really didn't understand how much my body (liver/kidneys especially) needed this until the bottle ran out and I didn't order another to come in right away. The first day I couldn't take it, I felt off all day...went to bed...woke up feeling completely parched. Mind you, I drink about 64-88 oz of water a day. I am a guzzler. There is no reason for me to be parched in the morning. And I will say this, and it may be TMI, my pee was instantly darker once I stopped. So, to recap...I went from feeling refreshed, light on my feet, hydrated, and having clear pee to feeling completely wiped, dehydrated to the extreme, dragging my feet, and you know the rest. I ordered this right away after two days of that feeling. Right away, all was well in the world. I don't know how I ever lived without this. Obviously, my body really needed it. Been taking it a few days and it has caused constipation, my entire body aches, it doesn’t seem to be working. Idk. I’ll update this post in a couple weeks to see. If it doesn’t do anything I’ll go back to using renew life 3 day cleanse which works wonders. I assumed since this is a reputable brand that it would work well but so far, it’s not.
