can you grow this seeds in a Aerogarden?

Yes, but it's better just order the seed pods from them. With this you will have a ton seeds that will just go bad before you use them. You can just order a the custom packs from them and select the herbs you want. I use mine as a seed starter only these days with the seed starter top, if you do that then ordering seeds like this makes more sense. If you use it like normal I would order the seeded pods from them. You will need the empty grow medium as well.

How long until I see a sprout once planted properly indoors?

Depends upon which herb. Some take few days to sprout. Some take a couple weeks. There are two that the directions suggest soaking to improve sprouting. Each packet has planting directions and approximate sprout and maturation times.
