It is ground just right to provide a perfect pull every time, with an Espresso rich in crema and flavor perfect for drinking as-is or in a Cappuccino. I also use this to make Americano’s for my wife sometimes, and those have a remarkable amount of crema on them as well. I use a double-shot portafilter, and it makes a bold, full-flavored coffee that is not watered down like a K-cup coffee. I grew up on Lavazza Qualita Rossa and occasionally Qualita Oro - this product is equally as wonderful as both of those, and merely is decaffeinated.
