Review: Better than expected! - Its been excellent so far. It has traveled with me on domestic flights with no issues, its light weight and wearable didn't impact any of my cat naps on the plane. Easy to connect to phone/ laptop/tablet Light weight Audio variability, can use just the mic and listen to sound on your computer speakers for conference calls. On these I let it sit on shoulders and just point the mic toward my mouth. When on the ears it does not pinch ears Holds charge well Cord is a little short but easy to travel with Mic swings back so when not using looks like just headphones versus call center... People can hear me clearly except if windy outside... then they hear that too... Only wish is that it came with a case so you could throw it in your laptop bag when not in use. Update: Product did break however I submitted a claim I was sent a refund so I could reorder a new one. Process was easy and replacement was within 3 days from me shipping the broken unit back.

They sent me troubleshooting tips, but they didn’t fix the issue with the right earpiece. Fortunately, they immediately sent a replacement. As others have mentioned, Dina provided excellent customer service. Despite the issue, I like the headphones and the customer service so much that they deserve 4 out of 5 stars.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Product & Great Service

I don't want to knock the headset themselves. There is a quality issue I am currently having with the right ear piece only working in a certain position. Of course this happened 5 days after my return eligibility date. The reason I gave the unit only 2 stars is only because I have not received a single response to any of my contact attempts. The sound quality is great for over the ear. Noise cancellation for the person on the other end of a call is great. Made phone calls with sunroof open and windows partially down and I was told they could hear me clearly on the other side. Battery life is great. I am a heavy phone user throughout the day. And the battery will last all day without having to stop and charge. If I finally get a response from the manufacture I will update this review. UPDATE!!!!!: Amazon sent me to the manufacture of the headset for service issue. And that was the delayed respond from the manufacture. The Seller got the message and immediately jumped into action to get everything resolved. Dina, worked hard to get my issue resolved and they have my upmost respect for the speed and the way they handled the situation. I really do love the product and use it daily in my work and personal life. I will continue to do business with Dina and team and looking forward to see what other items they put up on Amazon. Dina, I want to personally thank you for you help.
