I do not know, but the MK2 fits great. If the MK3 has the same dimensions, it will also work.

Would this work in flstudio using kontakt 6?

I'm not sure what or how big a kontakt is. The case I purchased was to go with the gift of the music board, it was small and square and the case a nice thickness. Id say its safe for travel in a suitcase or the back of a car. Double check measurements for sure!
