Bought this for my husband for when he works away. He tried it on all different fabric shirts and loved it, did the job better than he expected, he ex military so is very particular on his shirts being crease free. Highly recommend

Lovely product. The only reason for not giving a five star is the water tank is small and needs refilling often. Otherwise, does the job for quick steam ironing.

it is an excellent, easy to use clothes steamer. i have actually used it to unshrink a beautiful sweater. a really good buy

The water tank is too small. Took 4 refills to iron 1 shirt and still creased. Money wasted.

Really badly packaged looked like a return. So I already felt cheated. Works ok but quite large and awkward shape. Heats up quickly, removes creases quite well.

Great product ..

I bought this on a whim, seduced by an ad with a video from Phillips on Facebook. I hate ironing with a passion, but also can’t stand creased clothes and bedlinen, so thought this might solve all my problems. After I ordered it, I worried whether I had done the right thing and was in two minds whether to keep it or not. I got it on promotion for about half price, and think I paid a fair price for it but imho it’s not worth more. The steamer itself is attractive and distinctive in its black and gold, albeit slightly heavy to handle, and not that light to toss into your bag when you go away. You fill a water reservoir that slides on to the handle, which is easy to do, but you have to refill frequently if you are doing more than one garment. Also, the cap on the reservoir does not seem to seal as well as when I first got it, which is slightly worrying when you are handling water and electricity... :( I have used it several times on clothes with pretty good results, although sometimes it can be awkward to hold the steamer and pull the garment to straighten it. I have, however, had great results on curtains that are hanging on their track. I did need to refill the water a lot but it was worth it for the result. I had never seen anything like this before I bought it but have since seen slightly smaller, lighter garment steamer at a much lower price in one of those supermarkets where you go in for potatoes and come out with a chainsaw from the middle aisle. I wonder whether one of those would have been just as effective at less than a third of the price, although they aren’t as good-looking. I do think this is a good solution to banishing creases, but think perhaps it’s early days with the design and price and later models will be an improvement on this. I welcome the innovation of a steamer like this but I would give 3.5 stars as it is almost there but not quite.

ممتازة جدا ما شاء الله 👍رغم صغر حجمها وقلة كمية الماء فيها بسبب صغر حجم خزان المياه فيها إلا ان فعاليتها في كوي الملابس ممتازه جدا و سريعه ومريحة في الاستخدام ، المهم يتم استخدامها بالشكل الصحيح كما هو مكتوب في دليل المستخدم المرفق معها 👍

الكواية ممتازة حجمها مو صغير طول ذراعي تقريباً البخار قوي ويكوي سريع ، معها فرشاه وقفاز كيس الموية سعتها قليلة يادوبك قميص واحد واشوف انه يناسبني اللي تطفش من كثر اعادة التعبئة ماتصلح لها العيب الوحيد اللي يقهرني ان لازم نقعد ضاغطين زر اطلاق البخار اثناء عملية الكوي يعني تكوين وانتي ضاغطة عليه

When I do ironing,some kind of coloring coming out and spoiling my dress so I have to wash again my dress . Even water is coming out from the ironing area and you have to fill the water 3 to 4 time for 1 shirt So this is worst product
