How do you put the staples in to get it to work?? I put the staples in but it either won’t staple or it just pop back open and the staples fall out.

WHEN YOU OPEN UP THE STAPLER, PULL THE LEVER ALL THE WAY OUT. THEN PLACE STAPLES IN TRAY FLAT SIDE DOWN, YOU MAY HAVE TO BREAK OFF A FEW STAPLES FOR IT TO SHUT CORRECTLY. SLIDE LEVER BACK IN UNTIL IT CLICKS. THEN CLOSE STAPLER.

Which model will I be getting? (This not a color question.) One image shows a curved base to fit in hand, the other a flat base for table-top.

If you order the 3054 model (color: assorted), you will receive the curved base model. 1510 (gray), 1512 (blue), 1752 (eco gray), and 1513 (green) have the flat base for tabletop.
