For a Size 44 the bottom band in the loosest hooks is 36 1/4 inches.I ordered a C cup. I can't tell for sure it is true to a C or not. What I know is that it is huge on me. My prosthesis doesn't begin to fill it. So if I reorder this bra I will ask for a B cup.Also, it came in soft packaging that got smashed some in my mailbox.
