Best lasagna noodles. Guests raved about the noodles. They were shocked that the noodles weren't thick. Cook time 4 minutes for perfect end results. Will buy more.

I ordered this pasta to make my husband lasagna for his birthday. Because of the pandemic we chose not to go out to dinner this year, so I bought a more expensive pasta to make his birthday dinner special. I found this brand earlier this year due to the pandemic. When pasta in the grocery stores disappeared this brand was all I could find to purchase on Amazon. I bought the square spaghetti and love the texture and flavor. It is far superior to any other brand pasta I’ve used. The cooking instructions are accurate to cook the pasta correctly. For the other brands, I start with half the time recommended and check every minute to see if it is done. I discovered with my first box of this brand that I cook it to the time on the box and it is perfect. I have to admit I was shocked when I received the box of lasagna noodles since it was significantly shorter than the other brands I’ve used in the past. I panicked and bought a backup box of lasagna noodles at the grocery store since I didn’t have time to wait on another box of this brand from Amazon. I decided to just cook this box and see how far it went. It filled my whole large lasagna pan and I had 4 noodles left over! The size of the box was deceiving! I think the size of the box also cut down on the noodles breaking. I had 2 noodles with a little chip out of one edge. The rest were perfect. My lasagna was a success and my husband was happy. I will always buy this brand of lasagna noodles in the future. It is amazing!

First time I have used this particular product but I really like this pasta product. I like the shape and quality of the pasta. The sheets fit a 13 x 9 casserole very well. A good value but I have noticed some upward changes in the cost of the product. I would use it again.
