**Q: Do you find White Lily all purpose or self-rising best for biscuits?**
A: The best biscuits I ever made was with the white lily self rising unbleached flour. It's hard to find the unbleached version, but it really makes a difference. The bleached flour has a chemical taste after you bake the biscuits. My husband, who is from the south, could really taste the difference. I now use King Arthur's unbleached self rising flour and find it makes just as good biscuits.

**Q: is this flour good for makig cookies?**
A: This flour is the best for everything.  Only kind I now use - my pie crust is the best ever!!!!

**Q: Any idea if this will come back in stock? ~Apr 17 2020**
A: Everything is slow coming back in stock due to pandemic .  You will have better luck buying a 50 lb sack of flour.

**Q: Does This Mold?**
A: I have never had a problem with mold and I have been using White lily Flour for a long time.  As long as you store it in a dry place, there should not be a problem with mold.
