Our favorite cookie. We buy the bundle of 6 packages.Since Amazon acquired Whole Foods, that store has discontinued Effie's, and other items that moved to Amazon. This may reduce stocking costs for slow moving items, but it seems to me it reduces Whole Foods customers.

The best biscuit or cookie I ever tasted
These are so dangerous to my diet, but they are the best cookies/biscuits I have ever tried. The only issue is that some of the boxes end up slightly crushed which makes several of the cookies at the end of the box broken. I feel this happens during shipment because I first found this product in my local supermarket and there were no broken cookies. I will keep ordering these cookies anyway as they are the best.

Well worth the money!
My wife and I discovered Effie’s Oatcakes last Christmas while we were visiting her sister. They taste amazing.They are actually like cookies in terms of taste and like crackers in terms of shape - nothing like cake at all. These are known as biscuits in Great Britain and are often served with afternoon tea.They are moist, but have a nice crunch that bursts with flavor with every bite. We enjoy them, as the British do, with hot tea, but you can eat them as a snack or dessert with milk or coffee.They are somewhat expensive - A little less than $6.50 for a box of 22 when you buy them in a 6-pack from Amazon, compared to $7.99 a box at Whole Foods, but worth every penny.Unless you are wealthy, I suggest you buy them for yourself (and your significant other if you have one), as a guilty pleasure.Children won’t appreciate them as anything more than a cookie and will eat up a box in one sitting. These are meant to be savored, not gobbled up.

Delicious! But they often arrive completely broken.
These are really delicious and I've ordered them several times. There are always some that are broken. I can ignore that, as I usually break them in half to eat them. But several times they are ALL broken and many are reduced to crumbs. (See picture.) I'm sure it's a problem to ship them, as they are somewhat fragile, but if they're proud of their product they should protect them with bubble wrap and tack on the $0.10 so people can enjoy them. They aren't cheap, so I'd assume customers who will pay that price wouldn't mind a little extra so they receive biscuits instead of crumbs. With that fixed, they would be 5 stars.
