The brush is actually quite soft, great for leaves but dense waste would be difficult for it, I turned the head to scrape with the hard plastic first and then used the brush which was more effective. Well I agree, the actual extendable pole part is very well made and sturdy. Extends to decent reaching lengths. But the actual end brush fitting is not stiff enough to remove leaves debris from the gutters. It is adjustable which helps but the brush will need taping up to make it more robust and able to clear the gutters. Overall pleased with the product though.
