Lovely, aromatic flowers, using for teas. Like that is organic and country of origin identified. Good price as well. I forage for Herbs, it would take me hours,days to collects this amount of flowers. Recommend

If you missed the Springtime window to forage wild Elder Flowers from the hedgerows, these dried flowers are a must, I add a small handful to a gallon of my homebrewed kombucha and within 48 hours there's a wonderful flavor to enjoy. Simply strain & serve.

It was nice but a lot of pollen. If you are infusing alcohol it requires a lot of filtering and will make it dark golden. The flavor was still nice.
