It's coffee
The morning cupper , most use one spoon but some need two spoons . My preference is heated milk in microwave,add coffee sugar,which is optional because of heated milk , and topped up with cold milk , I prefer drinking my coffee , if you buy coffee from , put sugar in the cup before handing it to barrista , my experience is the storing stick isn't needed . I hope it works for you too
