It did an outstanding job on a women's Citizen and a men's Seiko watch. The underside of the watch links had an arrow to show which way the pin went out. I had watched a video to see how the device worked. It easily pushed out each pin without any bending or distortion. The pins went back in easily. I am thrilled at how easy this was! And since no damage was done to the device or the watches, I have set this aside in case I ever need it again. This is not a high quality device, but it is affordable and did the job beautifully. It's literally the simplest tool to use other than a screwdriver. If aligned properly, you won't break it. Where it fails is the band elevator. For narrow bands, the pin pusher will bind on the platform. Also, it's near impossible to push the pins back in with this tool, so a small plastic mallet and brass punch work better. There are better tools for the job to push a pin back in, but removal is a snap.
